Here’s how to resolve the issue:
1. Enable Pop-Ups
If you’re using Safari on an iPhone, follow these steps to disable pop-up blocking:
•Open your phone’s Settings.
•Scroll down and tap on Safari.
•Under the General section, find the toggle switch for Block Pop-ups and disable it.
For other browsers like Chrome or Edge, ensure pop-ups are allowed in your settings.
2. Disable Ad Blockers
Ad blocker plugins or extensions may also prevent the pop-up window from opening. Temporarily disable any ad blocker in your browser and try again.
