Why can’t I see my invoice in the list of Xero invoices?

Common reasons invoices may not appear (e.g., eligibility, value, due date) and what to do next. Also, you could try a refresh if the invoice has just been created.

Your invoice might not appear if:

  • It's less than £100.00 or more than £100,000.00
  • It's due in less than 10 days or more than 120 days
  • It's already been advanced
  • It’s not in Pound Sterling
  • It’s not issued to a company registered in the UK or a UK public entity (no sole trader or consumer invoices)

Currently, partial advance is not supported for invoices automatically imported from Xero. [Read more here] TODO-once the other page is published.
