Which invoices can I submit?

You can submit commercial invoices in pound sterling to companies (limited or LLP, not to consumer or sole-trader) or public entities registered in the UK, that have payment terms of 10 days or more from the invoice submission date and with a maximum term of 120 days. The invoices must be for commercial transactions that are legitimate and payable on time (for further details on the conditions of the debt purchased see our Debt Purchase Terms).

Types of invoices that are not acceptable (ineligible debt):

  • Payable in instalments
  • Payable in a currency other than GBP
  • Payable by sole traders, private individuals, or charities
  • Payable by non-UK entities
  • Subject to a dispute or claim
  • Invoices for works not yet completed or goods not yet delivered
  • Invoices that are applications for payments, retentions, or stage payments
  • Arising from the sale of capital assets or on a lease or rental basis
  • Owed by a debtor that also supplies goods or services to you
  • Subject to a dilution not approved by us
  • Debt owed by a restricted party, those on sanctions lists, operating from sanctioned countries, or involved in money laundering or other illegal activities
