Can I request an extension on my repayment?

You can request a payment extension directly from your TRIVER dashboard. Please do this at least 3 working days before the repayment due date, as direct debit changes take at least 2 days to be processed. 

To request an extension, select the invoice you wish to extend from the "Active Invoices" section and click on the "Request repayment extension" button:

We will run our checks and inform you if we can approve the extension request. If we cannot approve it, you will need to repay us on the original due date.

Please note we can only approve extensions when your buyer is late in paying you.

We will not approve payment extensions if your buyer has already paid you or if it looks unlikely they will pay you in the near future.

You cannot request an extension during the first 10 days after your invoice has been submitted. If you need an extension, please wait until after this period has passed.
