Will you contact my buyers?

Our facility is discreet and under usual circumstances we will never contact your buyers.

There are specific situations where we may need to contact your buyers, such as:

• If you are late on your repayment and have not engaged with us
• If your direct debit is cancelled and a payment is due soon
• If your business goes into administration/liquidation or is at risk of this event
• Suspicion of fraudulent behaviour

In some cases, we may ask you to promptly send a notice of assignment of any purchased debt to the relevant debtor. If we do, you must do so promptly.
