What happens if my bank account connection expires?

You can reconnect your bank account if the connection expires, so you can continue to advance your invoices

A connection to your bank account via Open Banking is required for you to use your TRIVER facility and it usually needs to be renewed every 90 days. If it expires, you won’t be able to advance new invoices until you reconnect it.

Cancelling this connection whilst invoices are still due is a breach of our Debt Purchase Terms. We will contact you if the bank account access is revoked for any reason and ask you to reconnect it.

If you need to renew your bank account connection, navigate to your TRIVER dashboard, and on the top right section of the screen, click on "Renew connection" under your bank account details.
