A connection to your bank account via Open Banking is required for you to use your TRIVER facility and it usually needs to be renewed every 90 days. If is expires, you won’t be able to advance new invoices until you reconnect it.
Cancelling this connection whilst invoices are still due is a breach of our Debt Purchase Terms and we will inform you if the connection is disabled for any reason and ask you to reconnect.
If you need to renew your Open Banking connection, navigate to your Dashboard main page, and on the top right section of the screen, click on "Renew it now" under your bank account details.
