What happens if my Direct Debit mandate is cancelled?

A live Direct Debit mandate is required for you to use your TRIVER facility. If it is cancelled, you won’t be able to advance new invoices until you reinstate a new mandate.

Cancelling your Direct Debit mandate whilst invoices are still due is a breach of our Debt Purchase Terms and we will inform you if this happens and ask you to reinstate it.

In the absence of a rapid reconnection, we may contact your buyers to ask them to pay us directly and/or ask you to make an immediate repayment of all funded invoices.

If you need to reinstate your Direct Debit mandate for any reason, or wish to change the bank account your current mandate is linked to, navigate to the "Bank Details" tab on the left menu, choose the account you want to link your Direct Debit mandate to, and click on "Create direct debit mandate".
