What happens if I cannot connect my account to Open Banking?

Some banks do not yet fully support Open Banking connections through TrueLayer, which is the third-party company used by TRIVER to facilitate the Open Banking integration.

If your bank is not currently supported, you won’t be able to connect your account to TRIVER via Open Banking. Unfortunately, this means we won’t be able to proceed with your application or provide access to your facility until a supported connection is available.

We are actively working with TrueLayer to expand the list of supported banks and you will be notified as soon as your bank becomes available.
