How does my facility limit work?
Understanding available limit
When you open an account with TRIVER, we assign you a facility limit to guide the maximum amount you can draw down. You then submit eligible receivable invoices (debt) to advance through our platform. We evaluate your submission with real-time information and make a decision on whether we can approve it or not.
When your advance request is approved, you receive an offer with all costs and terms. Once you accept the offer, funds go directly into your bank account. In the majority of cases, this process takes a few seconds.
Your available limit reflects how much of your total limit is currently accessible for new invoice advances. Your available limit reduces as you draw down and increases when you pay back.
Available limit = Total limit − Unpaid advance balance
Please note that your available limit is not affected by approved invoices that have not yet been accepted and drawdown by you, which means you can have more approved invoices than your available limit. If this happens, you will only be able to drawdown invoices up to your available limit.
We'll let you know if you attempt to accept an advance offer that would take you over your available limit.
In order to drawdown any remaining approved invoices, you will first need to repay your outstanding invoices to increase your available limit.
It is important to note that your available limit only updates once your repayments have fully cleared. Typically, this clearance process takes up to two working days after the payment is debited from your account. This means you will not see your available limit increase immediately after you made a repayment.
Once the payment has fully cleared, your available limit will automatically adjust. This allows you to keep a close eye on how much of your facility you can use for future invoice funding.
We continuously monitor your account and reserve the right to change your facility limit due to changing circumstances. This may result in a refusal to advance an invoice.
