How do I disconnect my accounting software connection?

You can disconnect your accounting software account any time in your “Settings” page. However, disconnecting will remove your ability to get faster access to funds and automated ledger updates (for Xero customers).

If instead, you're Xero customer and you only want to stop the automated ledger updates, and keep the connection active for quick funding, follow the steps in our “How do I disable auto ledger updates?” article.

If you still want to fully disconnect your accounting software, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: In your TRIVER dashboard, click the Settings link on the menu
  • Step 2: Click the “Active” link and then the “Disconnect” button

What happens next?

  • Choosing Disconnect stops all data flow fromyour accounting software to TRIVER and vice-versa.
  • You’ll lose the ability to see which invoices qualify for advances automatically.
  • You’ll also lose automated ledger updates.
